What services do you offer?

Maid in Action provides a variety of cleaning services including residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning,short term rental cleaning, and custom cleaning solutions.

Are your cleaners trained and insured?

Yes, all our cleaners are thoroughly trained, background-checked, and insured. We prioritize your safety and satisfaction.

Can I leave a key for the cleaner to get in?

Absolutely! You can leave a key in a lockbox or a secure location, such as with your leasing office. If you have a door code, we can also use that for access when no one is home.

What should I do before the cleaning team arrives?

We recommend picking up any personal items and valuables. If you have specific areas or tasks you want us to focus on, please let us know!

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

It's entirely up to you! Many clients prefer to be home for their first cleaning, but you are welcome to leave while we clean. We’ll ensure your home is secure.

What cleaning products do you use?

We use a variety of cleaning products depending on the job to include eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for your family and pets. If you have any specific preferences or allergies, please inform us beforehand.

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not happy with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll work to make it right.

Do you provide your own equipment and supplies?

Yes, we bring all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies. If you prefer us to use your products, just let us know.

How do you handle cancellations or rescheduling?

We understand that plans change. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance without any penalty.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No long-term contracts are required. You can book our services as needed, and can set up recurring cleanings!

Do you offer discounts for regular services?

Yes, we offer discounts for recurring cleanings and referrals.

How do I pay for the services?

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and ACH. Payment is due prior to service unless alternative payment arrangements have been made.
